Meet Jake
Our founder and foreman, Jake Evans, began work as a bricklayer. With over fifteen years experience in the trade, growing networks and contacts across trades, he decided to put his experience into launching a new company. In 2021, J Evans Property Developments Ltd was born.
For Jake, the vision was simple: to create bespoke homes and spaces that captured the vision of his clients at an affordable price. Ask anyone who has worked with or for Jake and they’ll tell you the same thing: ‘all the clients love him.’ Indeed, he combines business acumen, professional craftmanship, and relational approachability.
